Fonterra Science Roadshow
Today we went to the Fonterra Science Roadshow at Pukekohe North School. They showed us lots of science experiments at the beginning they talked about microscopes and telescopes. They showed us about heat. It was funny when Mr. Martens had to draw on his face with ice and we could see on the projector where he was drawing because it showed up blue on the heat of his face. At the end they told us about physical and chemical changes, like turning a liquid to foam or dry ice to carbon dioxide. My favourite was when they went to tip that goo all over Lilly-Kate but it stay in the bowl. We also got to look around the road show at different exhibits. I liked looking at the skin on my hand really close up. It was lots of fun and I think that we all learnt a lot.
